On Monday evenings we gather in the Parrish Hall of St. John’s church to practice mindful yoga to live music and candlelight. Our musicians are amazing and uniquely talented to accompany your practice.
Christopher Love, E-RYT teaches a practice that all can enjoy. Yoga is an enjoyable exercise to organically move your body, focus your mind and deepen a sense of well being.
You do not have to consider yourself flexible or athletic to benefit from yoga. If you are concerned about injuries or physical limitations, please tell one of us. Christopher or a volunteer can assist you. Or you may wish to sit comfortably while others practice, meditating to beautiful music.
