Hi! I’m going on an extended trip which means my FABULOUS, well-lit, home is available for rent. $1950 + utilities.

• Rental late Dec – May 2019 and could easily go longer. You could consider this ongoing. Great for single or couple. No pets.
• Beautiful light on bedroom side of duplex in the morning and then on the living room side after that!
• Located 10 minutes walk from El Cerrito Del Norte BART and multiple bus lines. Plus, I have a bike & kayak you can use while you are here.
• Private galley yard (which has not been very developed) but provides outside space.
• Living room with an idea wall (you can write on it) and sofabed, bathroom (with tub), bedroom w/queen bed, eat in kitchen, utility room (no washer/dryer – washer/dryer a few blocks down and very friendly!), table outdoors in back yard. There is also a grand piano which you could play (need to discuss). Wall gas heating. Good Feng Shui.

I also have a Toyota Prius 2012 for lease @ $350/month. You pay insurance. You have your own parking spot on the front lawn. The car has a roof rack (not shown in these pics). I also have a trusted service garage that I’d give you the contact for.

Basically if you needed to ‘land’ and be in a cheerful, light-filled, quiet and private environment that feels spacious and clean, and where you can focus on your studies or relaxation, then this might be for you!
