The world needs you, just as you are, but experiencing just a little bit more of you than perhaps you have been willing to give. I understand if you haven’t felt safe. In part, as a woman, I notice how vulnerable I am to a white male culture in the world of leadership, mentoring, and self-expression – especially in the recording industry. It infuriates me that this is the way it is in 2024, and yet here we are. However you identify, and wherever you want to use it, your voice matters – empower it with me.

what does it look like?
- Meet weekly (8x) to define, develop, and practice your craft (online or in person) for 1 hour
- Do short, manageable, exercises – designed especially for you
- Work toward a project/goal crafted within these 8 sessions
- Have personal email contact with Clare 1-1 during the week for support and feedback
total cost $800
- Completed payment up-front $800 (prior to week 1)
- Two 50% payments of $450 (second payment due prior to week 5)
- Pick mutually convenient session times weekly, via Calendly
